  • "Play Center" refers to venues that list their spaces for party bookings.
  • "Guest" refers to individuals invited to parties through the Service.
  • "Content" refers to text, images, videos, and other materials uploaded to the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Party Planning Services

PlanAParty provides a platform for planning children's parties, including:

  • Creating and managing party events
  • Searching and booking play centers
  • Managing guest lists and sending invitations
  • Organizing party tasks and activities

As a Party Host, you are responsible for the accuracy of your party details, guest information, and ensuring compliance with play center policies.

5. Play Center Bookings

When booking a play center through our Service:

  • Bookings are subject to availability and approval by the play center
  • You agree to comply with the play center's specific rules and policies
  • Cancellation policies vary by play center and are specified at the time of booking
  • PlanAParty facilitates the booking but is not responsible for the play center's services or facilities

6. Guest Management

When using our guest management features:

  • You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before adding guests' contact information
  • You agree to use the invitation system responsibly and not for sending spam or inappropriate content
  • Guest information should be used only for the purpose of party planning and communication

7. Play Center Listings

For play center owners:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information about your venue
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate availability calendars
  • You agree to honor bookings made through the platform
  • You must maintain appropriate insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Payments and Credits

Our payment and credit system operates as follows:

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Credits may be purchased and used for certain features within the Service
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy and may vary based on the specific circumstances
  • Play centers receive payment according to the terms agreed upon with PlanAParty
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

9. Communication Services

Our Service includes communication features such as WhatsApp invitations through Twilio. By using these features:

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding electronic communications
  • You will not use these features to send unsolicited messages or inappropriate content
  • You understand that message delivery cannot be guaranteed and depends on third-party services

10. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant PlanAParty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to submit content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material
  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Misrepresents your identity or affiliation

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

PlanAParty is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of play centers or events organized through the Service.

PlanAParty may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
